Deed Book H of Clarke County, Georgia, is not included in the master Direct and Indirect Index which includes 1801-1906. Evidently Deed Book H has not been housed in the appropriate place. The Superior Court Clerk indicated several years ago that the court had all except one of its deed books. This is the “missing” deed book. It is not known where the book is, but it was microfilmed with Inferior Court Records and an index is presented here.
