presented by Larry W. Thomas
Saturday, 18 November 2023, 2:00 – 3:30 pm ET
Athens – Clarke County Library (Athens, GA), MP-Room A or via Zoom
Do not overlook the wealth of information found in tax records. Our ancestors were taxed on their land and other possessions and these records can help you with your research. During the presentation, we will examine several sets of tax records from around the U.S. to see what we can learn from them.
This will be a hybrid event. You can join the Clarke-Oconee Genealogical Society in person at the Athens-Clarke County Library in Multi-purpose Room A or attend the program virtually. Registration is not required to attend in person, but you must register in advance to receive the Zoom link.
